Announcing Washington’s Raising for Risers Fundraising campaign! We are aiming to raise $17,000 to purchase new choral risers, used by all Washington Elementary students for their annual Holiday and Spring Concerts. Currently
our school has to borrow risers from other schools in the district, which restricts the number and scheduling of our students’ concerts.
Securing our own set of risers would directly improve student performance opportunities, reduce logistical burdens across multiple schools, and ensure safer, more efficient concert preparation for years to come.

The Washington Tigers PTO, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 92-1261319). The money
raised by the PTO goes directly to supporting the students and staff at Washington Elementary, whether through supporting grade level grants, funding field trips, or repainting the playground and track. This breakdown shows the PTO’s spending from the ’24-’25 school year, which totaled more than $15,000 going back to the school.
The PTO hosts several fundraising events through the year, including local restaurant fundraisers, MADA Washington Tiger apparel orders, or our annual No Hassle Fundraiser. Our largest fundraising event is the annual Race for Education, held in May. Through your help and generosity, the PTO will continue to empower our children to thrive and succeed!
